UnbuckleMe was founded in 2016 by Becca Davison and her mother Barbara Heilman, an occupational therapist and grandmother of four. When Barbara couldn’t unbuckle her grandkids’ car seats due to arthritis in her thumb, she used her knowledge as a therapist to invent a solution to her problem.

Patented lever arm reduces the force needed to unbuckle a child’s car seat by more than 50 percent and helps anyone with limited hand strength
Soft, grippy surface keeps it stable and provides a comfortable surface for pressing
Works on all child car seat buckles and many strollers, high chairs and other push-button devices
Invented by by an Occupational Therapist who has thumb arthritis
